How to book a Window Cleaning Service or Window Cleaners in London?

- You cover the deposit and once the window cleaner operative attends you cover for the service on the app before the work commences. Your initial deposit will be deducted from your final bill
- Please note that the deposit will not be returned if the operative attends and no one is at the property or you cancelled the last minute without giving us sufficient time, at least 2 hours before the start time.
- Parking and congestion and ultra-low emissions charges may apply and you will be notified before work commences and needs to be covered along with the service ordered.

Do you wipe the windows after you clean them?
No as there no need. Using purified water will leave the windows sparkling clean
Can you remove moss from my frames?
No we only clean the glass windows and is considered as a separate job.
What if the weather is bad, will you attend?
Usually we will wait till it stops raining however if its forecast to rain for hours then we will need to reschedule for another day
Can you come when it’s dark outside?
No as the window cleaner will not be able to see properly the stains, ending up in a poor results
How do I cancel my booking for window cleaning?
To cancel your appointment, you need to log into your account and go to the dashboard. There you can cancel or reschedule your appointment easily.
Why do you need a parking spot near my property?
We use reach and wash which uses purified water equipment and is attached to the van. The cleaner has to park it not more than 30 metres from the property and on the same side where your windows are located.
