- Once entered, move on to the “Please tell us more about the job” section and enter a description of anything we need to know.
- Take pictures of the carpets that need cleaning on your phone or tablet and upload them. Then you pick a date you want the carpets cleaning to be done (optional but will be helpful)
- Choose the time so you can let the carpet cleaners in.
- You cover the deposit and once the carpet cleaners attend you cover for the service on the app before the work commences. Your initial deposit will be deducted from your final bill
- Please note that the deposit will not be returned if the operative attends and no one is at the property or you cancelled the last minute without giving us sufficient time, at least 2 hours before the start time.
- Parking and congestion and ultra-low emissions charges may apply and you will be notified before work commences and needs to be covered along with the service ordered.
