What areas do you clean?
We cover according to your requirement so its tailor-made cleaning schedule, as many businesses have different sized offices, some might areas may not need to be cleaned like shared toilets which is cleaned by a different company.
I am relocating to a new office address; can you still clean my office?
Yes, we are happy to move the cleaner to your new address as long it is in London and we would need to requote you as the hours may differ from your previous office address.
Can I cancel my contract?
Once a contract is signed you are not able to cancel it, you would need to give us a six month notice and you will be able to cancel thereafter, and must be notified to us in writing by email or post. If you cancel before the six months’ notice period, we will invoice you for six months as a penalty for getting out of the clause.
When am I billed?
Once the cleaning start you will be sent an invoice on the day of the anniversary the day the cleaning got started, so if the cleaning started on 2 of the month you be sent on the 2nd and you will have 30 days to cover the invoice. The billing period is from of that particular month.
What is the minimum contract you offer?
Usually 6 months, however we can be flexible if you are only intending to do a short-term contract and you will be requoted.
